• How long will it take?

  For UK tie orders we advise to allow 2 weeks for samples, plus 4 weeks thereafter for the bulk. Offshore ties orders take 6-8 weeks airfreight and a little longer via sea.

• What types of tie do you supply?

  We supply both standard neckties and bow ties in both polyester and silk. All our custom tie designs are woven into the fabric of the tie using the jacquard technique. We also supply clip-on ties, ties with velcro neckbands and zipper ties.

• What fabrics are the ties made from?

  We manufacture both silk ties and polyester ties.

• What sizes of ties are available?

  We can produce various sizes; from 11″ Elastic ties for small children, right through to 58″ for a full mens tie.  The standard size is 56″ x 3.25″ and is cut in a fashionable narrow shape.

   

• Where is the best position on a tie for a logo?

  Popular settings include: under the knot, slightly offset at the tip, or an all over pattern.

• Is there a carriage charge?

  Yes, we charge £7.50 +VAT for each box of 100 ties to a UK address. Deliveries outside the UK are charged individiually.

• What is the minimum order quantity?

  Our minimum order is 50 for: ties, ladies scarves, jacquard scarves, and bags.
  For college scarves the minimum is 12 and for bar scarves it’s 36.

• How do I clean a tie?

  We advise our customers to dry clean their ties or hand wash them in cool water and dry them flat.

• Can you put the ties in a washing machine?

  We do not recommend using a washing machine due to the tie’s delicate inner lining. We recommend taking your ties to the dry cleaner or hand washing them in cool water and letting them air dry.

• Do you have any presentation boxes?

  Yes, we stock plain ones and bespoke designs are available at an additional charge. Bespoke presentation boxes are currently available with offshore manufacture only.

• What colours do you have?

  We have a wide range of colours available for ties, just ask and we will send swatches for your colour choice, all printed products are pantone colour matched. Designs can include up to 6 colours

• Do you provide artwork?

  Yes, we offer digital artwork free of charge, perfect for creating custom ties or bespoke tie designs.

• Can I see a sample of my tie?

  We can send random tie samples for quality reference and produce an actual sample upon receipt of your firm order.
